- Accommodation Deposit:
For accommodation reservation form 1 - 3 month is required to pay 1,000 MYR Security Deposit.
For accommodation reservations from more than 4 months are required to pay 2 months and a half of the accommodation rental fee.
*Electricity and Water are not included in the Rental. Electricity and water will be shared among all occupancy in the apartment, according to the electric and water bill. The deposit will be refunded upon fulfilling all obligations.
